Apology and Request for Account Mute Removal

I want to make sure that after being banned, I will not be able to use my web marketplace and all the marketplace tabs I have purchased. Is this normal or is this a game bug? I can accept not being able to speak on the public screen because of the wrong behavior I have done but I find it unreasonable to ban me from using my marketplace and display my avatar status as offline. It will prevent me from continuing to play this incredible game and I greatly appreciate and look forward to your reply.
