Game is dropping loot but I can’t pick it up

The game is dropping loot and I can’t see it on my screen but I can’t pick anything up. I made a new character and it was working great then the game had an unknown error and kicked me out. Once I went back in finished killing the boss the loot dropped I can hear it drop and I can see it but there’s no way to pick it up or even see what it is. This is super frustrating when you’re just trying to play the game. Any ideas how to fix this issue

Sounds like you toggled off loot labels?
iirc the default keybind is the Z button "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."
