My account has been stolen and blocked, please help

A long time ago, I created an account in POE 1 and played for about 11 hours.
On 04/5/2025, I acquired access to poe 2 in steam, and suddenly I found out that I was banned, I emailed the support service, there was no response, I appealed the ban and wrote, they replied that the appeal was rejected. What to do? Right now, my main account, which is linked to my steam account, is banned, and the mail of the fraudster who stole the account is also linked to it. I'm still trying to get an answer back for (hopefully) the final verification process step of my own account to get it unlocked. Mind you my account has been locked since the end of December - Early January.
Hope you have better luck than I've had with getting emails back. Piss poor customer service tbh. |
