Why is my basic hit value so low?

My female hunter did not bring any equipment, and her hit value at a distance of 0 meters was only 68%, and it was not a display issue. She did indeed miss. I am sure the error occurred today, and everything was normal yesterday. Can anyone help me? I don't want to start over from scratch
