Paladin supporter pack doesn't show after purchased

I purchased this pack as an addon in the PSN store, but I am still not receiving it in the game.

I also checked the POE1 store following this guide, it still doesn't work.

I am also with this issue, bought yesterday the support paladin and didn't show in poe 2 or in the poe 1 i sended an email on the support@grindinggear.com still nothing at all.

Edit. Just got a reply with the solution thanks.

Hi, do you mind to share the solution with me? They don’t even reply to me after providing more info to them. Worst supporting.

Same exact issue. The items simply don't populate on ps5?? What's the deal?

The deal is just get refund from PSN store. We only have 14 days to claim and this company doesn't even care.

Just get back our money and move on.
