Nothing works with Path of Exile 2 and Im considering returning it

Hello I need some help please I've been trying to get Path of Exile 2 to work all day trying to trouble shoot anything myself but nothings working. I've downloaded the game off of Steam and have not been able to play at all. It loads briefly by going to a black screen with game cursor for a bit then it cuts off and returns to desktop. I'am running off of a Laptop the model is an Asus Tuff Advantage 16 with

Please help I really want to play this game as I am a huge supporter of Arpg rpg and games like this also Ive updated all my settings and windows have tried to run the administration and have tried switching the rendering but nothing has worked I've also tried your forum and have gotten nothing
