donwloading issue

so i bought the game path of exile 2 from CD keys and for some reason im having issues downloading it through this store on the path of exile website. it comes up saying tis downloading and then once it finished downloading im getting an error message and then i have to start the download all over again.

Well, first of all that's not an authorised reseller of Steam keys for Path of Exile, so there's a chance the original transaction will be chargedback and you'll abruptly lose access.
With that out of the way, knowing what the error says & which OS you use would help. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. its working now but it wont let me create an account. its saying there's too many people on this IP for some reason which i don't understand when this is my first time trying to create an account?

I don't understand how this is such an issue just to play a game. this is getting beyond a waste of my time to be honest. I'm trying everything and nothing will work. I have tried to log in , change the password and nothing is happening. when i log into the path of exile page it comes up with my name for 'logged in' but when i go into the game i get that message that says 'there's too many people on this IP'.
