Unable to Launch Game

So I was told to fix the shuttering of the game i shud swap to Vulkan, when i did (in-game) it crashed and everytyime i launch the game it says:

VK:Queue::submit: ErrorDeviceLost

I cannot alter options i uninstalled the game and reinstalled same issue i have no way of swapping it back how do i address this?

same no have permission to enter in game what it is developers? no crash no anithing ,game no open only close all time!i have 1000 hour poe 2 and now new chapter game is full bug , i pay this why no have permission to play?

It simply doesn't give me any errors, it's just that the game doesn't launch, I've updated, I've done everything but it still doesn't work, what can I do, why can only some players play? This is ok for the developers, just so that some can have a good start and the rest can wait for you to solve your problems, it's not fair how you do it, too little respect for the players, you're just going in with all the bells and whistles about the new chapter because it's useless, the game doesn't start at all, it's just nonsense, no crashes, nothing, it doesn't want to start!

I have a friend who is stuck on 99% downloaded (from Steam) then it freezes his PC, then it shuts down. If he could open up the forums, he would, but Steam automatically restarts download, and he is in this cycle of freeze then PC shuts down. Anyone have that issue?

I didn't even get to the log in screen. Is someone addressing this ?

I’m having the same type of issue, I go to boot up the game on steam, it says launching game then a black screen appears for a second and closes, no error message just instantly closes every time.
