cant play new character because of an exception pop up

The pop up says Metadata/monsters/tormentedspirits/snakeheads.ao cannot be attached to metadata/monsters/frog/frogpale.ao at invalid bone root_jntbnd Any fixes for this?

Sounds like some data corruption.
Try the first two steps in "Troubleshooting your Path of Exile client" here. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish.
