linking problem with an email

My problem is, that i activated a non-early-access code for poe2 on steam. In order to play i had to link a poe2 conto to my steam account. Now I got the early access-code, created an poe2 account over the website and activated the code. I cant link it to steam, because there is this other account on steam. In order to deconnect it from my steam, I need to link it to an email. First i tried this, i got the notification on the poe2 website, that this link i got has no content. When trieng to connect it to another email, it says that i have to wait 120 seconds. Even after waiting 10 minutes i couldnt try to link it again, because it still says: wait for 120 seconds. The help i need is to deconnect my "wrong" poe2 acc from my steam. I hope the support can help me, thx for reading.
