hi GGG , i purchased the Penance Supporter Pack and have yet to receive my items , is their a known issue we don't know about or does it take a while before we receive them , have received my receipt from playstation in my email's but no message on my poe account as of yet :(

Same issues with the Paladin supporter pack. Bought it on the PS5 store have not recieved any part of the pack.

Same for me sent a ticket and now waiting over 5 hours since purchase haha
This is the 2nd tine this happened.. PS just is shocking.. I bought the the Big pack took 3-4 days to be instated x.x |

Hello, I have the same situation. Purchased on PS 5 on April 4, today is April 7nand the content has not been delivered and the 300 points are not in my shop account. I sent an email to the address posted above. I hope I can get this resolved, but I won't buy anything ever again. Taking people's money when you can't deliver is just wrong.
