Massive delays with Support
Dear GGG,
as multiple users, myself included, have reported, your support is not existing. I have requested aid in an issue and after two emails back and forth I am still waiting for a reply after an email I sent in JANUARY. It has been over 2 months without an answer. Additionally, it seems you do not respond at all anymore. What the hell is going on. I request a statement and more than that, an improvement! Hire more people, install a ticket system, do whatever it takes, but improve your support! And look into your emails.
