support response time?
Hello, I sent an email to support 6-7 days ago. I received a response the next day and I provided the requested information, but still no response for 4-5 days... it's still a long time to resolve an MTX issue.

I'm in the exact same boat.
I emailed support on Feb 17th and got a response from them the same day asking for more details. I provided the details the next day (since I got the response at night my own time) and now I haven't heard back from them for 31 days. I get that the support queue times can be long but I can't help but feel like my issue has been forgotten / disregarded since I got a same day response and then after I provided the details that were asked for it's been a month even though I had a pretty simple request. |
