Behemoth ascendancy also disables cosmetic actions?

I tried using my Navali coin purse attachment on my behemoth character, but the coin toss action granted by the cosmetic is disabled. I'm guessing this means that the cosmetic 'skill' is tagged as a spell somewhere in the system. I don't have any other cosmetics with skills, but I'm willing to guess they might be similarly affected.

I'm not exactly sure if this would be classified as a 'bug' or a 'feature' but I am certain that it is quite annoying and not fun to not be able to use my purchased cosmetics that have no impact on gameplay.
