Game Crashes after 30-45 minutes of gameplay

My game keeps crashing after playing for a while, it can happen both in town, hideout or in map. Any content really. It just freezes over and then it crashes straight out without any error message.

I have deleted all the Cache from my Users folder. I also cleared files from harddrive with harddrive cleaning process.
