BUG WITH KIRAC MAP

The problem is that it is impossible for me to join a kirac MAP without the game disconnecting me and putting me back in the menu before selecting the character, I tried to change the rendering engine D11/D12/Vulkan it worked when I played in standard but now nothing works anymore I just can't make a map.

I would really like to find a solution to this problem because I'm wasting time on the event and in addition I risk not being able to win the last cosmetic item offered to obtain level 80, thank you for your help (Sorry for the mistakes, it's a Google translation)
