LOST VALUABLE CARDS

I was in my menagerie and my power cut off and back on instantly and when i logged back in 2 mins afterwards I could not go to the menagerie I was in and lost 3 valuable cards that was on the ground. I guess I'm out of luck or is there something I can maybe get assistance with? Been here since day 1 . Don't know if that helps and Ive never asked for anything back. This was totally out of my control. Just a question. Thanks.
