FPS Issues - Help

For the last few weeks every time I log in I am hard capped at 40-50fps in Hideout.
Strange thing is when I do an update to anything (AMD, NVDIA, Security Anything) it resolves the issue until I log out and then it happens again,. Its to the point now where its totally unplayable. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Things I have done: Updated all drivers Moved game onto same SSD as Windows Verified integ of all files for POE Delete and reinstall Tried DX11 & Vulcan Comp Specs: 4070ti Super 7800X3d 32gb RAM So its not my computer. either yout nvidia card and its drivers as poe been an issue for nvidia users for a long time.
a thirdparty program that interfers game runs flawlessly for many. so more likely an issue with your system |

" When this is happening run an app called GPU-Z Link to GPU-Z https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ Middle right side in the app there is a line that says "Bus Interface" Ensure your interface is at x16 4.0 or higher If not, go into your BIOS and find the PCIe Interface setting and change it from "Auto" to Gen 4 .. or set Enable Above 4G Decoding to "Enabled" Post back if that doesn't work.
