needs +ed

+ phys dmg or ele dmg (phys prefered)

+attack speed

and anything else like +1 melee gems or accuracy or stats is a bonus

must be a whalebone rapier as they have the highest attack speed for that level

also looking for gg lvl 9 or under gear in general, show me what you got!
