desync scouring

i paid 4 gcp equivalent for a pair of boots called pandemonium spark

my scour orbs were next to my chrome orbs and i lagged out for a bit. i was trying to reroll some colors on the boots, when the next thing i know, my boots were white. can u guys do a roll back on my boots. then i tried to alch and scour my boots to what i have right now. i did this just now. plz help.

just read support section, guess i can't get my item back. :(
