Three dragons bugged ailment interactions

Hello,

I tried the three dragons helmet in path of exile 2. It seems to currently be bugged with some forms of damage like fire damage. For example, flame wall does 0 damage to any mobs, instead of shocking them.

Also, cold damage does not seem to ignite at all, no matter how much cold damage I seem to have.

The only ailment that seems to be working is freezing from lightning damage.
