Freeze on Death

I'm excited to contribute to the game's improvement. I've encountered a reproducible bug that causes the game to freeze upon character death, displaying the fatal status effect. Key observations:

*Reproduction Steps:*

1. Character dies from enemy/boss attacks.
2. Screen freezes, showing the fatal status effect.
3. Character remains standing, while enemies/bosses are frozen.
4. Ambient sounds continue playing.
5. Only resolution I have found: closing and restarting the game.

*Occurrences:*

- Twice on PS5 (Clearfell regular enemies and The Destroyer boss)
