PS5 PoE2 no points from supporter pack

This is also a problem on PC, has anyone been able to fix it?

Works for me. Someone from mods could pin that in the front page.

I still miss my 300 points too. Unfortunately, none of the solutions listed worked for me.

I purchased the starter pack on steam, and I had my three hundred coins, however when I logged in today, they were all gone.

I checked purchase history and found no transactions or anything that would indicate where my 300 coins went.

If there is anywhere else I can check to see if they went, please let me know. Otherwise I am assuming this is a bug and my coins will return.

I am also missing my points on PS5

What a shame... Didn't get my 300 points and the support is not replying to my email.

I'm wondering to involve a legal because this looks like a scam.

None of the workarounds work for me either.

This looks really bad for GGG. 15 pages of people complaining and so far they have not acknowledge the issue.
