CANNOT ENTER GAME- KEEPS SAYING FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE

How long are you spending on a loading screen? If it's longer than a minute, you may be taking too long to load the area, and it's assuming you've disconnected. Try lowering your game settings, including resolution, and see if it makes a difference. If that still isn't helping, you may need to check your connection - Something could be interrupting your connection mid-load.

You'll need to allow ports 32768-61000, I believe. Let me know if this doesn't help!
