[CRASH] [VulKan] Error device Lost on Abyssal Skating boots modifier

As soon my character starts skating, game crashes.
Not only happens to my own boots, any dude that has those boots equipped can make my game crash.

It's affecting my gameplay in serious ways, such as crashes in TOWN from other people wearing them, and having to tell my party mates that
they need to remove those boots in my presence, just because.


The only reason I'm creating a whole new post is because this already has been posted since league launch back in march, and the other posts don't have an official reply from staff, neither is the issue listed on the known issues section.

Cannot request refund either because it comes from a mystery box...

Kindly requesting to have this issue prioritized. since it has been reported since league launch.

Swap Vulkan to DirectX. I've had the Vulkan error since last year and on 2 different PC's and DX is the only workaround I've found.
