Decoy Totem + Multiple Totems Support + Totem Mastery

Decoy totem not summoning more than one totem at a time when linked to multiple totems support or while using Totem Mastery for chance to summon two totems, while using ancestral bond keystone or multiple totems support

There is only one cast though

Try a different cooldown skill with spell totem, it will do the same thing.

From wiki:
"Skills with cooldowns will consume a cooldown per summoned totem. These skills can only summon multiple totems if they have multiple cooldowns charged."
