Hello, I have a problem with Kirac, I can't do his missions even though the mission icon appears, I press it and nothing happens, he also sells me the same things.

You have no missions. Complete more maps, allocate more atlas passives for Kirac missions. Kiraс inventory is only updated when starting a mission.
