Any idea why I don't regen life while moving?

This happens to me sometimes, I don't exactly know what causes it but am trying to understand, any help is appreciated, thanks

Your character only has two sources of life regen:

"Heart of Oak" from the passive tree: "Regenerate 2% of life per second if you've used a Life Flask in the past 10 seconds."

"Soul of Tukohama" from the minor pantheons: "Regenerate 2% of life per second while stationary."

You do not regenerate while moving simply because you do not have any life regeneration.
