(Solve Problem) Perandus Pact Not been counted in radius of Militant Faith and Unnatural Instinct

Hello i have question is this bug or not on the perandus pact that has in radius on my Militant faith and the Unnatural Instinct, i just notice that in my allocated nodes on the Militant Faith the bonus stats of my perandus pact it didn't add in it. and also on my unnatural instinct unallocated nodes that has also been radius on my militant faith it dind't add a bonus stat to it.

Here is the Militant Faith nodes allocated that hasn't count bonus stat on my perandus pact.

Red Circle are Nodes that has not add a bonus stat on perandus pact

This is intended.

If you hold Alt over your Militant Faith, you can see this description for the "Passives are Conquered by" line:
Conquered Passive Skills cannot be modified by other jewels
