download issue

Hi there..
im having problem re-downloading the game. was playing good for a week till before patch 3.24.2 (april 24) which loop me with the error “ new patch needed to update. Restart the game..”

so i opted to delete and re_download the game.. however, the downloaded file doesn't work. I’ve been trying since 24april..
