Why do we have punishing map mods for player's AOE skills while there are not for projectiles ??

Hi, Projectiles off-screen abuse police here, your game is balanced like a... Hmm.

Well:

"Players have xx % reduced Area of Effect" => Now with the ~350% quantity maps possible in Atlas these mods are completely ruining any AOE spell.

Allright, then make it for projectiles too please. Really, I am asking for it:
Like "Players have xx % reduced projectiles speed and duration" ...

Please: Do it ggg. DO IT.

This does exist already as an Ultimatum mutator, so it's not like there's no precedent.

Besides, a larger mod pool means it's easier to roll over build disabling mods, right?
