Beasts ignoring Essence atlas points and scarabs.

Hey, it seems like both red and yellow beasts are ignoring "Amplified Energies" and possibly even scarabs relating to essence tiers. All regular rares in my maps have at least one Deafening essence, while rare and red beasts don't.

They never have Deafening essences, and I commonly see them carrying Weeping essences. This should not be the case, since with the "Amplified Energies", every imprisoned monster should have at least 1 Deafening essence. I've also never seen a regular rare carrying a Weeping essence, only seen those on beasts.
