How to get finished bow to 24+ quality?

With betrayal reworked, how can you increase the quality of an already crafted bow to above 20%?
I know about perfect fossils and gravecrafting, but these only apply to newly crafted weapons.
I found a beast craft that does this but also corrupts the item. Is that the only way?
