Rogue Harbour stuff in hideout

I have a decent-medium pc and going into the heist hub is really laggy and takes long to load. It's sad cause I like heist but having those long load times makes it really annoying to play.

It would be nice to be able to interact and do heists from your own hideout.

Something like:

- Interact with the rogues inventory from the heist locker (add a little tab to it)
- Maybe another tab to prepare grand heists / unlock wings
- Use the map device to open heists (?)

Just throwing in some suggestions.
