[SOLVED] Intel CPU overheating

My CPU i7-12700 with an AIO started overheating with 3.23.0. Literally needed to take it down to 70% max with the power plan.

Today I discovered that POE was banging away at the E-Cores: all 4 of them running at 100%. I moved process affinity to the P-Cores and presto, my temps went down.

BTW I think you've introduced a tight loop. Now that I've moved the process to P-Cores, one of them is consistently at 49% CPU utilization when POE is running in the background with a 15 FPS max set in display options. Message passing between threads by way of lockless queues?
