I was entertaining an idea of flat values of mind over matter, but have not refined anything yet.

Maybe some unique item, preferably not important slot; or maybe a skill gem; or add some more fluff like "# MoM per % reserved life" (like 200 MoM per 10% reserved life), maybe with even more fluff like "that same amount of flat MoM damage bypasses your energy shield which essentially makes it work with energy shield builds (for example 560 damage bypasses es, but same 560 damage goes to mana).

No idea on implications, just an interesting concept.

modifiers to movement speed instead apply more AOE at a % of its value


gloves:
