Adorned/Jewel Clusters

I just purchased an Adorned with 81% for 40 c on PoE Trade. Apparently, it has no effect on anything whatsoever, neither corrupted magic jewels nor corrupted magic cluster jewels. Am I doing something wrong, or are its effects simply not shown? No changes to stats of other jewels, character stats, or any cluster passive nodes are displayed.

But should be visible on the sheet |
