Unable to leave alva incursions. Atlas tree now not applying to maps at all.

I was running maps with a buddy. During this time I entered an incursion with him but was unable to leave even after the time had expired it did not kick me out. I had to log out to get out. We ran 3 more maps after and every time i entered an incursion i would get trapped and would have to log out to escape. Since that has happened now when i attempt to run my own maps using my atlas tree, that is incursion focused, it doesnt spawn alva or any other league content. It has essentially bricked my atlas. Please advise..

Please post a screenshot of your atlas. Also confirm that Alva does not have a Temple ready for you to open/claim.
