When I tried taking out 42x Singular Vaal Reports from our Guild Stash, instead of going to my inventory, they just disappeared into nothing.

Here's the report from the Stash History:


At 9:10, I took out 42 of them, but they did not end up in my inventory.

I think they moved to my own stash, found them in a quad tab. Maybe I was too tired when I did this, sorry about the false report!
