My Passive Tree Won't Refund Points

I've created a circle on my passive tree. Now I cannot break the circle because it things it needs the path from both side.

Okay, I make my character public. on the left side where I took Spiritual Command and Purity of Flesh. I want to get back my points that joins them, its the 4 points on the top. It won't refund my points, probably because it thinks its required. Any thoughts. Thanks again for looking at this.

 These points? This should be possible. Do you know how to refund points? Have you tried refunding points elsewhere? Do you have refund points? | |

It works now, it was not working, maybe i needed to re-start. Thanks for the assistance.
