Long Load Times

I don't know if it's a bug or what but it seems like it's taking significantly longer for towns and Rogue Harbor, particularly, to load, and then it's almost always pixelated like crazy.

Am I the only one who's experiencing this? We're talking 20 seconds sometimes.
