Timeless jewels block Ngamahu's strength bonus [Chieftain]

According to the Chieftain's ascendancy passive skill Ngamahu, Flame's Advance:

"

Non-Unique Jewels cause Small and Notable Passive Skills in a Large Radius to
also grant +3 to Strength

I have a Lethal Pride timeless jewel slightly overlapping with a rare jewel. There's one notable passive skill in both jewel's radii. It correctly receives the timeless jewel's bonus (5% increased strength) but it does not receive the +3 strength bonus from the rare jewel as shown on the image:



The glitch doesn't seem just visual as my PoB shows 5 more strength than I actually have in PoE.

Passives in the radius of a Timeless Jewel are Conquered by it. If you hold Alt over your Lethal Pride, it will explain that "Conquered passives cannot be modified by other jewels".

This seems like how the game is intended to function. If PoB is giving a different result, it would be worth raising as an issue on their github.
