what did you do with sao paulo server

i live in Chile usually have 70-90 ping, sinse the last update all server have 200 ping wtf did you do, my isp are normal, have no lost packages and can play others games normally, can yo reserach for the problem plz, i love the game but the performance and server stability is in decline since heist league
