Call to Arms and 15% Health mastery

i currently started a ruthless run for fun and giggles, now i bought the call to arms support, and also useing the mastery for 15% hp recovered when i use a warcry, but nothing happens like, i only have a longer warcry cd now and nothing of my mastery, so the question i have, is this a bug or intented? because well,,, before the left click change , that deffenetly worked to have automated that way...

allright, makes sense, followup question so my precious stone wasnt totaly wasted, does the remove damaging ailment work with call to arms? it dosnt say when i use a warcry, it only says when i warcry

Yes, "when you warcry" works with triggered warcries.
