chronicle of atzoatl area level with new scarab of timelines

I run only T16 maps. Ran 4/12 incursions in map, then added Incursion scarab of timelines. Ran next map and after 8/12 incursions I received Chronicle of Atzoatl area level 65 (!). Next two maps yielded normal Cronicles area level 83. Can you please correct the formula that calculates temple level when Incursion scarab of timelines is used ?
