Often getting insane Lag Spikes

Greetings,

I often get unplayable lagspikes where the ping jumps between 30 ms up to 6000 ms every second

Sometimes changing gateway helps but after some time it can happen again.

Even in hideout it can happen, if i click my stash chest it takes some seconds until it opens

And playing maps is lottery, sometimes its fine without any issues, sometimes i can just leave because its not playable at all

I did run WinMTR and this is the output ( i was standing in one of these lagspike maps )

A solution would be awesome, i have this problem since years but never found any solution to fix it

Also there are weeks where i have no problem at all, but right now its frustrating. Its really weird!
