Game Freezes Regularly

Hello, I have a problem where the game will freeze every couple of maps. Most of the time it happens when a lot of things(flashy things happen at once)mostly during combat, but it happened a few times there I wasn't doing much. This started to happen since last league. I don't remember having this problem before.

I have a Asus TUF Gaming Laptop, Ryzen 9, 32GB ram, 4060 RTX.
