Hardware recommendations for playing Endgame

Hi everyone,

I'm just loving to play this game and juice up maps, but there is a problem I've been having since I started playing. Lag.
Playing on Macbook Pro M1 and runing maps isn't possible for me above 2-5fps even with bottom low settings.

Now I just can't stand it anymore.
Since I don't want to break the bank for just getting to play PoE I would like to hear your recommendations about what hardware is needed just for playing PoE endgame with juiced maps smoothly.
I don't need high grafics or fancy stuff, just smoth gameplay.

Is a mini pc capable to deliver or what hardware is needed?
