Accidentaly bought the wrong MTX

This is my first time posting on the forums, but I wanted to ask if it's possible to change my purchase? It was similar, and I was trying to decide which one to pick, and ended up clicking buy on the one I did not want. They look so similar and I am sorry if this is an inconvenience, but I would really like to change it.
