The bow is gone

Hello i need help from any support.
I just buy the main bow for 1div orb. I just put it on myself in hideout with all gems and after i open inventory again, the bow is gone.
I dont have in on char or in stash.
Can someone help me what to do.

1. press X;
2. if not - check crafting bench, harvest craft bench, jun
3. if not - check all your stash tabs, essences, currency, delve, blight and catalist stash tabs have a space for an item.
4. if not - double check
5. if not - bug the support.
